A cleaning company does not need a web app. It needs to be found on a phone at eleven at night, by someone whose office floods tomorrow, and to have that message land somewhere a human will see it.

What it is

the smallest thing that works

Offices, communities and post-building cleans, in Barcelona. The entire job of this site is to answer three questions fast (do you do my kind of space, do you come to my area, how do I reach you) and then get out of the way.

How it is built

and why there is no framework in it

Plain HTML, CSS and a small amount of PHP for the form. A local services business should not inherit a build pipeline, a dependency tree and a monthly bill because its developer enjoys them. In three years someone else has to change a phone number on this site, and they will be able to.

The work that mattered was structured data: marking up the business, its area and its services so the site turns up in local search, which is where the customers are. The quote form posts straight to the inbox they already check.
